About Grant Watts
Grant has been involved in real estate since 2005, working in property management (single family, multifamily, and mini storage), historic home restoration, residential sales, and development. He has been a licensed Realtor ® since 2011, is a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, and has certifications in Short Sales, Foreclosures and Broker’s Price Opinions. He joined the Kera Realty family in 2012.
Grant holds a Masters of Business Administration from Concordia University and has over 300 hours of real estate related education approved by the State of Texas. He is an Eagle Scout, triathlete, and enjoys many outdoors interests including golf, fishing, hiking, and travel. He and his wife live in Round Rock and are the proud parents of two beautiful and energetic little girls and three playful dogs.
